In the event of an ordering error on the customer's part, we will be glad to exchange for a similar item within the return period of 10 days after receipt.  We understand it happens especially when picking out a gift for someone when you aren't quite sure about their vehicle or color or speaker size.  Differences in pricing between the items will be adjusted according to the items being exchanged.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs including returning the orignal item to us as well as re-shipping the corrected item.  We will contact the customer to collect re-shipping costs prior to shipping the replacement.   A signed copy of our Return Form is Required with all returns.
