Installation Details: Install the box speaker face up. Lead the passenger side into the trunk first. Keep the passenger side close to the rear while lifting the drivers side up and over the rear trunk edge. The box should now be face up and horizontal towards the rear of the trunk. While rotating the box downward at the top (so the speakers face the rear), push the box further into the trunk. The sides of the box will push against the sides of the car and the bulged out areas around the trunk hinge arms may distort somewhat temporarily. Tilt the rear of the box up so it is high enough to clear the stepped up portion of the front of the trunk and slide the box forward until the top edge rests against the top metal support. If the bulged sides of the carpet are still distorted, simply slide a dowell or other long tool behind the carpet to pop them back out. Reverse this process for removing the box.
