Our box for the new 2014 GM Crew fits perfectly under the rear seat.  No modifications to the truck or seat are needed.  The subs are recessed into the box to avoid contacting the bottom of the seat.  The air gap is vented toward the front so the bass waves are not blocked or muffled by the seat.  If you are looking for something different and unique and makes some serious bass, this is your ticket.
