  1. How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are based on the weight and overall size of a particular item.  The best way to find out what those charges will be is to add the item to your cart.  Once you have inputted your shipping location, the shopping cart will give you a shipping calculation.  Another way to attain a rough idea is by calling us.  But the very best way is to utilize the website.

  2. I submitted multiple orders.  What do I do?

Unlike many large companies that would automatically process and ship multiple orders, we carefully screen each order that comes thru our system.  If we see duplicate orders, we will kick out the extras and keep one good order.  If we have recieved multiple payments, we will return the extras.  If the extra orders contain different items and are confusing to us, we will contact you to ensure the order is correct before it ships. But typically there is nothing required.  This happens a lot so just let us handle it for you.

  3. My Credit Card declined but I have multiple charges on my card now.

Actually no.  But we get this a lot because the security on our website is very strict.  When you submit an order thru our site, the transaction immediately goes to your credit card company where it is verified to see if the transaction can be made on your card.  Basically it checks to see if your card is in good standing first.  If it becomes verified, this is called an Authorization.  An authorization is NOT a charge.  It is basically granting your card permission to make a charge for the specified amount and it sets that amount aside for later use.  So once you get the authorization, the transaction then goes to our merchant bank.  Our merchant bank then looks at the information you've inputted.  If everything checks out, then the charge is made (captured) and you are notified of a successful transaction.

However, if there is a problem like a wrong exp. date or incorrect billing address, or wrong ccv number, then our site will reject the attempt.  Which means the transaction is declined and the cart will give you an error message.  Remember, our security is very strict, so every piece of information must match perfectly to what you have on file with your credit card company in order for it to go thru.

So even if the charge was declined by our site, the authorization is still present and authorizations as explained above often look like charges because they do contribute to your balance, but again these are not charges.  If you order multiple times and get multiple declines, then you will have multiple authorizations.  Please know that once an authorization has been declined by our cart, it is dead right there.  We can't do anything further with it.  We can no longer try to charge it and we can't eliminate it.  But authorizations do expire and they will drop off in a few days and since the authorized funds were never captured, then they will no longer be part of your balance.  If you get several declines, then realize what you've been doing wrong, no worries.  You can input the correct information and try it again.  Successful transactions will get confirmation e-mails with a copy of your order and an order number.  If you have questions, simply e-mail us.

Typically if a credit card declines during a transaction, it is due to a mismatch between the address you inputted and the address that is on file with your credit card company.  In order for a charge to be successful, our cart must verify all your information.  If there is a discrepency, then it will decline.  This strict security is what protects you because without the rest of your information, your credit card number alone is useless.  And it protects us from someone attempting to use stolen credit card numbers on our website.

A lot of times customers try to input the shipping address instead of the billing address.  The cart needs the billing address to verify.  A separate shipping address can be entered in the delivery section by clicking on the red button that says change address.  This lets you change the delivery address, while keeping the billing address intact for verification purposes.
