With our side fire console box, the sub faces to the side. The box fits snugly between the seats for an excellent secure fit. This box still allows the front bucket seats to be all the way back and it&#39s narrow profile gives the back passengers more legroom. The cupholders must be removed. Moving the jack and jack mount is also required. This box is slightly more involved to install and may require an extra person to help with the seat. Remove the four seat nuts. Lift and tilt the seat upward and position the box into place in the middle of the seat. Then, reposition the seat back down onto the mounting studs. Once the seat is fastened down, this box will not budge.
